Transfer schools in 10th grade?????????

starting fall i'll be going into 10th grade, i really want to tranfer school, it may seem stupid for you but not for me, im transfering to my bf school, will i be able too? i do really good in school like a 4.0 GPA and i now attend a public school, do i have to talk to my consular about if first or go to the main office and get a form? then what do i do??
