What is the best way to get rid of cyst like pimples?

would proactiv work, or should i use AcneFree Clear Skin or something along the lines of Vitamin E Body Gel with Aromatherapy Tea Tree Oil because it helps heal cysts. keep in mind...i dont get any actual acne with the puss. i just get cyst like pimples...so tell me what would work for cyst like pimples not just normal pimples. please tell me if you have ever tried it, what type of acne, and im open to remedies because i know sometimes those work better than the medicine. thanks.
