Leveling paladin and rougue on WoW?

okay, I am currently not playing, but plan to once the new game is released. I have a human ret/prot paladin, around level 33, and a night elf hunter around level 6(i was only on for 3 months>.>). i also have a human rogue around level 6. what i want to know is how and where to level these characters, and what equipment. I would prefer to keep my playing time around 4 hours total on weekdays, and 6 on weekends.
