Whats life like for a Corpsman stationed in US Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay Cuba?

Im getting stationed in Guantanamo Bay Cuba and im gonna graduate Corps School in a couple of weeks. Can anyone tell me what i can expect when i report to my first command?
