remember that your father loved you very much, and you are having a hard time letting him go, ask yourself would your father want you to disrupt your life because you couldnt let go? Your father will always live in your heart and because of this you need to put your heart into something else so if you want to start a business then do so, dont be afraid make your father proud of you. As for work well do what you have to do remember that management has a harder job that you do but if it makes you this miserable then look for another job that will make you happy. As for marriage it is not a good idea to jump into a relationship such as this for a false sense of security. You have what it takes to succeed you know it and all the people who love you know it too.
