Is their a cause to clumsiness?

I'm not stupid Im just wondering o.o. Cause daily, I trip, fall over, fall down the stairs...friends say it's cause I'm spacey, others say cause I sit on my *** all day xD, OTHERS say it's just because I am. Not sure really...
