AIR CONDITIONER HELP QUESTION MORE INFO INSIDE!!!?

You probably have a clogged up condenser coil. This will cause the compressor to overheat and shut-down on "overload." On a window AC or Wall AC unit the condenser coil gets clogged up with dirt on the inside. This is inside the cabinet where you cannot see unless the unit is removed and the cabinet is taken apart. Do not keep running it like this. If you do you risk burning out the overload protector or the entire compressor. You should call a reputable contractor to clean and check this unit for you professionally.
