Increase SAT scores A LOT?

I took the SAT as a sopre last June and i ended up getting a 1650 (520 math, 570 reading,560 writing) which i was not happy about. I didn't prepare at all for the exam and i had found that i had forgotten how to do lots of the math. This year I've gotten a refresher in math and in AP Language and Composition with the addition of this cles and a bit of studying do you think it's enough to raise my SAT scores a significant amount? I'm taking the SAT January 22
