I need relationship help!?

Okay i like this guy and he likes me too and like we've been hanging out a lot and we've started kissing and like really flirting and stuff. But i have a boyfriend and he has a girlfriend.And the problem is, is that like when I'm with him I seriously like him and stuff but then when I'm not around him i get a brotherly feeling. Why is that?
