How can one reduce the amount of estate taxes?Any kinds of trusts, limited partnerships useable?

Tax planning. This can be done through a Will or a Revocable Trust. And by the way, this year there are no federal estate taxes. The state where you reside may still claim its share though. Contact an estate planning attorney in your area whose main practice is estates and trusts. If you get one that has a "general practice" or practices seemingly 10,000 different kinds of law, don't go there. Go to an attorney who knows what he or she is doing. Good luck. www.lawyers.com
