Since checking in to a hotel is a binding contract let's say a 17 year old checked into a hotel and they never asked for an ID and never asked his age. They only asked his name, address etc. He doesnt want to pay the bill and now the hotel wants to take it to court. Wouldn't it be a technicality that since he is not old enough to enter into a binding contract the agreement would not be valid and the hotel would be out of luck? Any info helps. Websites with specific laws and info about this would also be great... Thanks
