Question about online game CABAL?

ok i just started and i am a FA(force archer) and i see people with these huge bows now how do i get one. is it just through pure leveling up or wat also i see some people with guns i beleive these people are also force archers now how would i get gun or is that only availble when ur super strong can someone help me out here
