My are leaking milk, why?

so here's the thing, a few months ago, my fiance and i got the impression that i was pregnant so we went and bought a home pregnancy test and it was inconclusive (three lines in the negative direction), so we decided to wait for a while before we got another one thinking that it was just too early. yesterday, we went and bought another one and i took this morning when i first woke up but it was negative. however, my s leak milk every time he barely squeezes them, and i've gained like 18 pounds in no time. i crave foods that i would have never eaten before him and i got engaged. but the thing is, i have no health insurance so i can't just simply go to the doctor's office and find out...can anyone help me?
