Muscle Twitching, I hope there's help out there only serious Helpful answers please?

I am a 36 year old male and I have serious continual muscle twitches through out my body. It is more concentrated in my abdomen, Deep chest, arms, Stomach and Thighs. This has been going on for over 3 to 4 years and is getting worse. Their are times my eyes and lips will twitch for weeks on end. even my tongue very small but fast twitches. I eat healthy, I don't eat fast foods at all or processed foods. I take 1,000mg Magnesium and 500mg of calcium every day 3 times a day. I drink lots of water, I quit coffee 2 years ago and I have seen 2 different neurologists one of which is one of the top 3 in the country. I ve undergone all neurological test with the exception of a biopsy. At first the thought a muscular dystrophy then ruled it out. My neurologist would stare at my tongue while it was in a relaxed position for some reason but never tell me why. My reflexes are excellent and so is my blood under extensive studies. Can someone please help? I f you are having the same issues please point me in the right direction is there something I haven't tried? My son is 8 years old and is under a great deal of stress cause he thinks im dieing. I have to continue to inform him im good and as strong as a lion. I don't want to make my self a liar. I might add there are some complications with me I do have degenerative disk disease in my L4L5 and C2-5, I also have a slight case of Arnold Chiari Malformation Disease of the brain, can these things be causing it and if so are they life threatening??? please help Is there an experienced Dr. out there with an opinion???
