It was my first time and I exercise and am in shape. I also take a diuretic if that means anything. I know people say it stays in your system for 30 days but on most websites I've read that is only for frequent and heavy users. Is that true?

I am looking for a name for a horse in my book. The horse is a 16 hand, strawberry roan stallion. He can run incredibly fast and is untamed. I would like the name to consist of one word only and be elegant and strong. Any ideas?
